Fly4cast is an informational planning aid. It is not an aviation authority, an air-traffic-control service, a NOTAM provider, or a certified source of aeronautical, meteorological or legal information. Nothing here constitutes official clearance, permission, or advice to fly. Always obtain and rely on official pre-flight briefings, NOTAMs, airspace charts and your national aviation authority before every flight.
The Service and all data, forecasts, scores, maps, ranges, camera settings and recommendations are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. Weather, wind-at-altitude, flyability, reachable range, light windows and exposure figures are estimates derived from models and third-party data and may be materially wrong, delayed or unavailable.
The Service aggregates data from independent third-party sources that we neither control nor take responsibility for. No-fly zones, restricted/military airspace, GPS-jamming reports and live traffic may be incomplete, outdated, misplaced or missing entirely. The absence of a zone, hazard, aircraft or warning is never a guarantee that flight is safe or lawful.
You, the remote pilot in command, bear sole and full responsibility for the safe and lawful conduct of every flight, including compliance with all laws, altitude/distance limits, registration and Remote ID, licensing, insurance, airspace authorisations, privacy rules and local restrictions; maintaining visual line of sight; assessing real conditions; avoiding people, property, aircraft and sensitive locations; and making the final go/no-go decision.
Operating an unmanned aircraft is inherently risky. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your flights, including crash, flyaway, loss of the aircraft, personal injury, death and property damage, whether or not you relied on the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fly4cast and its owners, operators, developers and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of aircraft, profits, data or goodwill, personal injury, death, property damage, regulatory fines or legal penalties, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fly4cast and its owners, operators and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your flights, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or any law.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Do not submit false jammer reports, abuse the Service, or attempt to disrupt it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Fly4cast is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DJI or any data provider or aviation authority; trademarks belong to their owners. We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Your email, a securely hashed password, display name, language, plan and — if you add them — your own API keys and imported flight logs. Location you enter is used to compute conditions and is not sold.
To operate your account, send account emails (activation, security), compute your pre-flight data and run the community jammer/flyspot map. We do not sell your personal data.
We may use privacy-respecting product analytics (e.g. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to improve the Service. Our iOS and Android apps use Microsoft Clarity too, which records anonymised screen interactions so we can see which screens confuse pilots; sign-in fields, API keys and your email address are masked and never captured, and you can switch it off in the app under Settings › Privacy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
You may edit your profile, remove your API keys and request account deletion from your account settings, via our account deletion page, or by contacting us.
